Yu-Jyo
From WikiFic
Yu-Jyo, a pun of Yuugi and Jounouchi's names, is also a promo card released in the Gospel of Truth Japanese manga character guide in 2002.The card's effect is as follows: Offer a handshake to your opponent. If your opponent accepts the handshake, each player's Life Points become half the total of both player's Life Points. If you have a Kessoku (Unity) card in your hand, you can show it to your opponent, and your opponent must accept the handshake. (From Edo's Yu-Gi-Oh Site)
The card is meant to be used in tandem with the Kessoku (Unity) card that was also released in the Gospel of Truth Japanese manga character guide.
The card was never actually used by any of the characters in Kazuki Takahashi's 38-volume manga, as the artwork on the card depicts characters in the manga. (Then again, "Kaiba" is on the Kaibaman card...)
TCG Use
Friendship, although a very rare card, is somewhat easy to attain in the game Nightmare Troubadour for the DS and as such deck strategies using it have come to light.
It is possible to be a one turn kill card if chained with Barrel Behind the Door. With its effect to drain 4000 lifepoints from both players, to activate Barrel Behind the Door at the same time would mean your opponent would lose 8000 life points whilst you lose 0.
Other uses include getting your life points low enough to use Last Turn, when chained with Jowgan the Spiritulist this is another popular one turn kill strategy. As Jowgan stops your opponent making their special summon.
Released in English as "Yu-Jo Friendship" as a Shonen Jump promotional card (JUMP-EN007) included in Yu-Gi-Oh!: Duelist Vol. 16, it is part of a set of three related cards which also includes "Judgment of the Pharaoh" (released in Yu-Gi-Oh!: Millennium World Vol. 4, JUMP-EN008) and "Unity" (released in September 2006 issue of Shonen Jump magazine, JUMP-EN006).
