Egypt

Egypt is the setting for the Memory World arc (sometimes called the Ancient Egypt arc) of the final part of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters anime and manga. It is also the homeland of the Tombkeepers, some of whom include Isis Ishtar, Malik Ishtar, and Rishid. It is also where Sugoroku Mutou first discovered the Millennium Puzzle, and where Pegasus J. Crawford journeyed in search of necromancy techniques he could use to revive his deceased wife, Cyndia. Ryou Bakura's father, a known archaeologist (and possibly also the owner of a large museum of Egyptian antiquities), also visited Egypt, and while there, purchased the Millennium Ring as a souvenir for his son without knowing of its history or powers. Finally, Shaadii is known to have come from Egypt, but very little else is known about him.
