Arthur Hopkins

Arthur Hopkins (Arthur Hawkins in the dub) is a professor of archaeology and a long-time friend of Sugoroku Mutou (Solomon Moto in the dub). He is also Rebecca Hopkins' grandfather, and the original holder of the fourth Blue-Eyes White Dragon Duel Monsters card. His largest role was actually during the Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters-only filler arc, known as the Orichalchos Saga, the Doma arc, or the Waking the Dragons arc in the dub, when he helped to discover the lost underwater city of Atlantis, propelling the ressurrection of the Legendary Dragon cards. He also appeared for a short time at the start of the KC Grand Prix arc, when Yuugi and his friends stayed in his mobile trailer with Rebecca following the events of the Orichalchos saga.
